Sport display calibration

Sport displays are the boost, oil temperature, power and torque pages built into
the cluster or infotainment on performance models. The hardware is often present on lower
models in the range with the function switched off.

Where it can be enabled it needs calibrating so the readings mean something rather than
just moving. A boost gauge scaled to the wrong sensor is decoration.
