Kickdown deactivation

Kickdown is the extra step at the end of the accelerator travel that tells an
automatic gearbox to drop as many gears as it can. Some cars have a physical detent you
push through to reach it.

Drivers who use full throttle regularly, particularly on track, sometimes want that
detent out of the way so the last part of the pedal travel is smooth. It is a small
driveability change and it does not affect how the gearbox protects itself.
