Job Description:

Here’s your chance to join our dynamic Automotive Performance and Parts business and work in Sales. You’ll be responsible for a variety of tasks aimed at expanding our customer base and boosting sales!

Your main focus as the Sales Administrator will be on advancing our leads sourced from various platforms such as website enquiries, social media, and referrals from our company Director. Additionally, you should proactively generate new business opportunities. It’s important for you to show leadership and initiative when identifying new business and revenue streams for the company.

While you’re required to learn about the technical aspects of our products and services, you must also develop an understanding on how they benefit our customers. This will ensure that when you’re speaking with potential new customers, you’ll understand what they are looking for, and which of our products or services would be appropriate.

You should maintain a positive, supportive, and enthusiastic attitude at all times. You’ll be a key face of the business and should be able to present yourself as friendly, helpful, and insightful. 

It is important that you can understand and listen to potential problems and empathetically understanding how we can help our customers is crucial and not be negatively affected by setbacks or difficult sales. Always keep in mind that you represent the company and must find balance, ensuring you don’t over pursue opportunities.

You will be set regular weekly, monthly, quarterly and yearly targets which you will need to achieve. These targets will increase over time, and if exceeded, there will be the opportunity to earn a commission on any revenue generated over and above the targets.

Roles & Responsibilities:
  • Drive business to the company.
  • Generate new business opportunities.
  • Identify relationships and opportunities for new business.
  • Maintain a regular contact with all customers to expand the sales base.
  • Undertake telephone calls.
  • Follow up on lead sources, such as inbound website or telephone inquiries.
  • Keep company sales pipeline documents and CRM up-to-date.
  • Keep the company director informed of the current level of pipeline activity.
  • Highlight any potential future issues.
  • Follow up with customers throughout the lifecycle of the project.

We are seeking a passionate and customer-focused Automotive Service Advisor to join our team.

As a key member of our customer service department, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the satisfaction and retention of our valued clients.

This customer-facing position requires excellent communication skills, a deep understanding of automotive services, and a genuine passion for the automotive industry.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Customer Interaction: Serve as the primary point of contact for customers, providing friendly and professional assistance both in-person and over the phone. Address customer inquiries, provide quotes for services, and assist with scheduling appointments.

Workshop Controller: Oversee the workshop, ensuring jobs are running on time, whilst managing parts delivery.

Quoting and Invoicing: Prepare accurate quotes for automotive services and parts, ensuring transparency and clarity for customers. Generate invoices and process payments in accordance with company procedures.

Parts Ordering: Liaise with manufacturers or distributors to procure necessary parts for vehicle repairs or maintenance. Manage inventory and ensure timely delivery of parts to meet service timelines.

Service Recommendations: Communicate effectively with customers regarding recommended services or repairs based on vehicle inspections or diagnostics. Educate customers on the benefits of recommended services and assist in selling additional services and parts as needed.

Collaboration: Work closely with the sales team to promote synergy between service offerings and sales opportunities. Coordinate efforts to maximise customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Continuous Learning: Stay informed about industry trends, new technologies, and product developments in the automotive sector. Continuously enhance knowledge and skills to provide the highest level of service to customers.

Personal Skills:
  • Previous experience in a customer-facing role, preferably in the automotive industry.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to convey technical information clearly and concisely.
  • Proficiency in computer applications and software relevant to automotive service operations.

Job Description:

We are looking for a qualified and experience Automotive Mechanic who has the ability to: 

Perform routine maintenance services and inspections on a variety of vehicles to ensure optimal performance and safety.

Able to diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and technical issues efficiently. 

Carry out repairs on engines, transmissions, brakes, suspension systems, and other vehicle components with precision and expertise.

Fit aftermarket parts such as exhaust systems, turbos, intercoolers, and other performance enhancements according to manufacturer specifications and industry standards.

Utilise diagnostic tools and equipment effectively to identify and resolve automotive problems.

Maintain accurate records of services provided, parts used, and work performed for documentation and billing purposes.

Adhere to safety protocols and regulations to create a secure working environment for oneself and colleagues.

Communicate effectively with customers to understand their concerns, explain repair options, and provide exceptional customer service.

  • Fitting aftermarket parts, such as exhausts and catalytic convertors.
  • Carrying out services and general maintenance.
  • Performing diagnostics on a range of different makes and models.
  • Repairing vehicles after diagnostics.
