JFA Stage 1 Tuning – E888.4 2.0 TFSI – 385 PS / 380 BHP

Its 2.0TFSI engine is tuned to larger turbochargers and an altered compression ratio for a figure of 296bhp (300PS) and 292lbft (400Nm) in the Golf GTI Clubsport and 316bhp (320PS) with 309lbft (420Nm) in the latest Golf R. Popular models like the Audi S3, the Audi TT S, and the Volkswagen Arteon R make use of this powerful version as well.

Our specialized tuning can elevate power and torque above 385PS (380BHP) and 360lbft (500Nm) when using Shell V-Power fuel. We have re-engineered the engine management system to enhance significantly power and torque way beyond the standard or typical power level of an aftermarket tune. The process includes installing the program directly on the ECU for a quicker programming roll-back ability into the factory settings.

That’s at our Maha 4WD dyno after careful road tests, showing considerable power and torque gains right across the rev range, which, taken collectively, produce improved drivability, extending the power band. This tuning process takes about an hour. We offer power run comparison as pay-per-view service for additional fee before and after the tuning work.

With vast experience from the software release, we assure the best performance and reliability on the GTI Clubsport equipped with the E888.4. In that case, we are hyper-focused on power delivery to be maximum traction across all gears, especially considering the high amount of power it sends to the front wheels.

For these high-end automobiles, which feature DSG transmission, we also offer TCU upgrades that enhance the clutch control and torque management and subsequently provide for a better-shifting performance. TVS also offers advanced enhancements for the gearbox through tuning solutions.

JFA Stage 2 Tuning – E888.4 2.0 TFSI – 440 PS / 436 BHP

This upgrade includes the Stage 2 sophistication for the high-output TFSI engine ECU, along with DSG calibrations that carry forward the tried-and-tested enhancements, allowing it to breathe more easily from alternative exhaust options. The perfect cold air intake R600 intake kit is engineered to feature high flow, replacing the standard air box with a larger turbo intake pipe, which is 10mm wider than stock—giving a smooth flow into the turbo.

These, in turn, help increase power but also throttle response improvement and turbo spool time. Further, replacing the original intercooler with a much larger one, 80%+ ensures that the temperatures of inlets to the engines are hugely reduced, thus paving the way for the realisation of consistent and reliable performance.

Installation involves a new front bumper to house the intercooler. This price includes recalibration of the ADAS safety and active cruise control systems and certification if required by your insurers. And then there are further enhancements, like having a performance exhaust system installed, which will reduce turbo back pressure and further enhance that engine note when accelerating. Options include an EC-approved Sport CAT or Motorsport use De-Cat, fitted with our 4-wheel alignment due to disturbances to the front subframe during the downpipe installation.

The JFA Stage 2 upgrade significantly enhances engine performance and drivability. Torque maps have been carefully calibrated to complement both the 2WD and 4WD models, with power delivery tailored across both models and gears according to the number of driven wheels but with constant peak values. On the standard downpipe version: 405 PS (400 BHP) and 530Nm are delivered. On the EC Approved Sport CAT downpipe: 435 PS (430 BHP) and 545Nm are delivered.

The Motorsport De-Cat option maximises output at 440 PS (436 BHP) and 555Nm, aiming for peak performance. This also includes our optional 12-month warranty.
