Excellent customer service!
Ended up returning the part I ordered (no fault of their own), but the whole experience made me want to shop with them again. Customer service was excellent, even when they knew I was returning the part and they weren't making any money off me. Will definitely go to them first for any future purchases.

Fantastic service by JF Automotive.
Customer support always immediate and thorough. Had a stage 1 remap with Remus catback exhaust on my BMW 440i. Iain went through all the steps concisely. Results were phenomenal. Have had a few cars done but never have I noticed such a change. Not only did I get on average 22% extra power and torque throughout the range but it feels more urgent. At low speeds and cruising the car feels no different, but when the pedal is down it absolutely goes. Will only come back here now in the future! Thanks again guys!

The gearbox is so much more responsive since having the Stage 3 tune! Gearchanges are a lot faster, the car accelerates much quicker. By far my favourite bit is the full manual, with the paddle conversion its just so much better to drive!
