Dodge Charger 6.1 V8 SRT-8 remap425 to 460 bhp with Stage 1 software. The figures, the parts and the other engines in this car, on one page.

A Stage 1 remap takes the Dodge Charger 6.1 V8 SRT-8 from 425 to 460 bhp and from 560 to 585 Nm: 35 bhp and 25 Nm more, on standard hardware. On a turbocharged petrol the gain comes from boost, fuelling and ignition timing recalibrated within the limits of the standard turbo and injectors. It is done in a visit at our Maidstone workshop and the original file is kept, so it can go back to standard.

How long does it take, and can it be reversed?

A Stage 1 remap is done in a single visit, usually the same day. The original software is stored and can be restored on request.
