A Stage 1 remap takes the Volvo V60 2.0 T from 203 to 240 bhp and from 300 to 370 Nm: 37 bhp and 70 Nm more, on standard hardware. On a turbocharged petrol the gain comes from boost, fuelling and ignition timing recalibrated within the limits of the standard turbo and injectors. It is done in a visit at our Maidstone workshop and the original file is kept, so it can go back to standard.
