A Stage 1 remap takes the Ford Galaxy 1.5 Ecoboost from 165 to 190 bhp and from 240 to 340 Nm: 25 bhp and 100 Nm more, on standard hardware. On a turbocharged petrol the gain comes from boost, fuelling and ignition timing recalibrated within the limits of the standard turbo and injectors. It is done in a visit at our Maidstone workshop and the original file is kept, so it can go back to standard.
