What we look at on a Land Rover

Air suspension

Range Rover, Discovery and Defender air suspension is checked for leaks and correct ride height as part of the service.

JLR oil specs

Ingenium and earlier engines need oil to the JLR specification for that engine. We match it exactly.

ZF 8-speed gearbox

Most modern Land Rovers use the ZF 8HP automatic. A fluid change helps keep the shifts smooth as the miles build.

DPF and AdBlue

Diesel models use a DPF and many use AdBlue. We check both and read stored faults on every service.

How much is a Land Rover service?
Our guide prices start at £169 for an interim (Bronze) service, £239 for a full (Silver) service and £339 for a major (Gold) service, including VAT. Some Land Rover engines take specialist or large-capacity oil, which can add an oil surcharge, so we confirm the exact price from your registration first.
Will servicing my Land Rover here affect the warranty?
No. Block exemption rules mean any qualified garage can service a car under manufacturer warranty, as long as the correct schedule, parts and fluids are used and the work is recorded. We follow the Land Rover schedule and stamp the book or update the digital record.
How long does a Land Rover service take?
Most interim services take a few hours and full services are usually same-day. If we find anything else, we call you with photos and a price before doing any extra work.
Can you do an MOT at the same time?
Yes. We can arrange an MOT alongside the service so the car is only off the road once.
