Audi RS6/RS7 C7 Engine Tuning

Measured on our Mustang AWD rolling road in Maidstone. Wheel figures, drivetrain loss added for the flywheel numbers.

The newer iterations of the RS6 and RS7 have been amazing additions to Audi’s line up. Both cars have lots of power being put down with the help of Audi’s Quattro system, and the aggressive stance to back it up. The RS6 has a quoted 0-62mph time of just 3.9 seconds. That’s a time that not too long ago, people would associate with a supercar, not an estate car. Audi RS6/RS7 C7 Tuning is very beneficial. Audi RS6/RS7 C7 Stock Power

We took an RS7 C7 only a couple months after its release to begin our tuning development program on. Out of the factory, Audi say that the car should be producing 600BHP and 700Nm torque. Now although these figures are very impressive, we know that the German manufacturers understate their figures. This means there might have been even more power under the hood! When we ran the car on the dyno, we found that it was making 625BHP and 770Nm. Of course these numbers are great but there was plenty more power to be made…

Audi RS6/RS7 C7 Tuning Results

We spent a couple of days analysing the hundreds of maps within the ECU to make the perfect tune. We transformed this car entirely, with the RS7 now making 680BHP and 928Nm torque! That’s 80BHP and 228Nm torque over what the manufacturers quoted! Needless to say our customer was extremely happy with this, telling us that it felt like a new car altogether. This is not only down to the top power and torque figures, but also the adjusted smoother power delivery band as shown on the dyno graph. We recommend a performance tune such as this to any Audi RS car as it completely unlocks the true potential of these amazing German engines. The difference is truly night and day.
