A Stage 1 remap takes the Huracan LP580-2 from 580bhp to around 630bhp, and the LP610-4 from 610 to about 630bhp, so the lower-output car gains most. The Gallardo LP560-4 goes from 560 to around 585bhp and the Aventador from 700 to about 730bhp. These are naturally aspirated V10s and V12s, so there is no boost to raise: the gains come from timing, throttle mapping and the limiter, and they are honest rather than headline-grabbing.
JF Automotive – a Kent UK based company have become market leaders for ECU re-calibration for more power and enhanced fuel efficiency. Calibrating software to the highest level requires passion and enthusiasm and we strive to impart this into your vehicle to deliver a fulfilling sensation every time you drive.
Lamborghini Engine ECU Remapping
Lamborghini ECU Remapping will offer great power and fuel economy enhancements , however as with most vehicles the peak power gains are only half the benefit. You will also find power delivery earlier in the rev range due to additional low down torque and sharper throttle response along with vast improvements to mid-range torque providing a wider power band.
Lamborghini Gearbox TCU Remapping.
If your Lamborghini is fitted with an automatic or semi automatic transmission we can perform a gearbox remap in additional to the engine remap. A gearbox remap for your Lamborghini will offer faster gear shift speeds, smoother shifts, faster reaction to paddle shift inputs and improved mid range torque by releasing torque limiters. Transmission lock is also improved giving a faster response during acceleration and assisting with kick down at low speeds.
Lamborghini Dyno Tuning
Our purpose built research and development facility houses out very own Mustang AWD 2000BHP linked dyno. This allows us to accurately measure every parameter we adjust making sure a tune is every bit as safe as it it powerful. When booking your Lamborghini ECU remap, book a set of dyno runs to see a full print out of power before and after the tuning.
Lamborghini Performance Exhaust System
We have a range of exhaust systems available for your Lamborghini including Milltek, Remus, Capristo, Akrapovič and many more. Just ask us for a quotation.

Questions we get asked
How much does a Lamborghini gain from a remap?
Huracan LP580-2: 580 to around 630bhp. LP610-4: 610 to about 630bhp. Huracan EVO and Performante: 640 to around 655bhp. Gallardo LP560-4: 560 to about 585bhp. Aventador: 700 to around 730bhp. The pattern is that the further below the platform ceiling the factory set it, the more you get.
Why are the gains smaller than on a turbo car?
Because there is no turbo to turn up. On a naturally aspirated engine the software controls timing, throttle response and the limiter, and that is a much smaller lever than boost. Anyone quoting you turbo-sized numbers for a Huracan is not being straight with you.
Is the Huracan the same as the Audi R8?
They share the 5.2 V10 and much of the platform. The state of tune differs, and so does the software, but the family resemblance is why the figures look similar. We tune both.
Would an exhaust help?
On a naturally aspirated engine, more than on a turbo one. A less restrictive exhaust genuinely gives the calibration more to work with. If you are planning one, fit it first and we will map around it rather than doing the job twice.
Is it safe?
It is when it is done on a dyno with data logging, which is the only way we will do a car at this level. We watch timing, lambda and temperatures on every run and stop where the engine tells us to.
Can it be reversed?
Yes. We keep your original file and can write it back at any time, which is what owners do before a main dealer visit.
