We remap the full Aston Martin range, from the 4.3 and 4.7 V8 Vantage and the 5.9 V12 DB9 and DBS to the turbocharged 4.0 V8 and 5.2 V12 in the DB11, DBS Superleggera and current Vantage. On the naturally aspirated V8s and V12s the gain is measured in throttle response and mid-range torque with a modest peak increase; on the turbocharged cars it is larger, with the DB11 V8 going from 510hp and 650Nm to around 560hp and 800Nm. Every car is baselined and proven on our 4WD linked dyno, and the original file is kept for a return to standard.

Aston Martin Engine ECU Remapping
Aston Martin ECU Remapping will offer great power and fuel economy enhancements , however as with most vehicles the peak power gains are only half the benefit. You will also find power delivery earlier in the rev range due to additional low down torque and sharper throttle response along with vast improvements to mid-range torque providing a wider power band.
Aston Martin Gearbox TCU Remapping.
If your Aston Martin is fitted with an automatic or semi automatic transmission we can perform a gearbox remap in additional to the engine remap. A gearbox remap for your Aston Martin will offer faster gear shift speeds, smoother shifts, faster reaction to paddle shift inputs and improved mid range torque by releasing torque limiters. Transmission lock is also improved giving a faster response during acceleration and assisting with kick down at low speeds.

Is a remap worth it on a naturally aspirated Aston Martin?
The peak gain is smaller than on a turbo car, typically 20 to 30hp, but throttle response, part-throttle drivability and mid-range torque all improve, which is what you notice on the road. We will be honest about what your engine can give.
What does the gearbox remap do?
On Touchtronic and Sportshift cars we recalibrate the transmission for faster shifts, quicker response to the paddles, improved lock-up under acceleration and torque limits that match the engine tune.
Can I see before and after dyno figures?
Yes. Book dyno runs with the remap and you leave with a printed comparison of power and torque before and after, measured on the same day.
