Alpina B6 S BiTurbo 4.4 V8 Supercharged remap530 to 600 bhp with Stage 1 software. The figures, the parts and the other engines in this car, on one page.

A Stage 1 remap takes the Alpina B6 S BiTurbo 4.4 V8 Supercharged from 530 to 600 bhp and from 725 to 800 Nm: 70 bhp and 75 Nm more, on standard hardware. On a turbocharged petrol the gain comes from boost, fuelling and ignition timing recalibrated within the limits of the standard turbo and injectors. It is done in a visit at our Maidstone workshop and the original file is kept, so it can go back to standard.

Questions

Alpina B6 S BiTurbo 4.4 V8 Supercharged remap questions

How much power does a Stage 1 remap add to a Alpina B6 S BiTurbo 4.4 V8 Supercharged?

70 bhp and 75 Nm. Standard is 530 bhp / 725 Nm; Stage 1 is 600 bhp / 800 Nm. That is a 13% power gain and 10% more torque.

How do I get a price for a Alpina B6 S BiTurbo 4.4 V8 Supercharged remap?

Put the registration into the calculator and it prices Stage 1, 2 and 3 for this exact engine, or send the form on this page and we come back with a fixed price, usually the same day.

Is a Stage 1 remap safe for this engine?

Stage 1 stays inside what the standard turbo, injectors, clutch and cooling were built to take. The figures above are the calibration we run, not a maximum. The car is checked for stored faults before and after, and the original file is kept so it can go back on.

Does a remap affect the warranty on a Alpina B6 S BiTurbo 4.4 V8 Supercharged?

A manufacturer can decline a warranty claim on a part they can show was affected by the remap. We tell you plainly what that means for your car and your warranty position before anything is done.

How long does it take, and can it be reversed?

A Stage 1 remap is around 2 hours, in a single visit. Add a dyno session and allow 4 to 5 hours. The original software is stored and can be restored on request.
