A Stage 1 remap takes the BMW 3 Series 330e from 252 to 310 bhp and from 450 to 500 Nm: 58 bhp and 50 Nm more, on standard hardware. On a plug-in hybrid the remap works on the combustion engine only; the electric motor and battery are untouched, so EV range and charging are unchanged. It is done in a visit at our Maidstone workshop and the original file is kept, so it can go back to standard.
